More Voting Options
You can now vote for four maps in the map vote instead of the usual two. Nominations still work! This change was implemented so that there would be a bigger variety in the map vote and a higher chance of both Survival and Classic maps being in the map vote.
Talk Like a Pirate Day
September the 19th is Talk like a Pirate day and we're having an event for it! We'll have a superspecial supercool pirate-themed lobby and a maze leading to treasure! It will be ongoing for one week and you will be able to win all kind of rewards throughout the week!
Map Committee
We are looking for more members who would like to be a part of the Map Committee. Being a part of this team entails giving input on map submissions and talking about/reporting issues on maps on the very same platform used by the staff. Please send a PM to Wimali or Refrigerated if you're interested!
Screenshot of the Month Award - August Winner
We held the Screenshot of the Month Award for the first time last month and the winner is Amorix! His punny imagine earned him 500 cookies and a custom head. We'll be on the lookout for another screenshot during the month of September!

SMP progress is coming along awesomely. Without giving too much away, this week we focused a lot on creating the spawn world, setting up the economy, and testing out various minor things. Here's some sweet shader pics of one of the structures you'll be able to find in the spawnworld! It should look familiar to some.
This weekend and next week, hopefully we'll begin work on the overworld! Stayed tuned.
