*DISCORDIA*- Partial village wipe.

Hey all,

We ran into some issues with villages on Dusk of Discordia earlier today. Basically, any clan without any large sum of money in their bank was completely deleted. This should not have happened, and we offer our apologies that it did.

However, the big problem is that the clans that were deleted...are deleted. They can not be restored by us. You can remake them of course, and we strongly urge you do, but we as the administration team can not fix it for you.

What does this mean for you and your ingame money? We will be discussing possible ways to refund users to the best of our abilities, but I will be honest with everyone here, we can not be 100% accurate with refunding. This may cause you to dump some money into making your village which can not be restored, and we will try to refund you as fairly as possible, but absolution is not promised. The most I ask of you is that you all PM superstein(who should get on irc asap) with your clan name and the approx money you spent, and he will work from there. (Only clan leaders please!)

I apologize for this happening again, and I hope you all can be given the reimbursement you each deserve.

Dug into the programming to find what actually happened, because it's bizarre in the least the choice of deletions. I know it's not gonna happen again but hey...

So, the cost was defined as either the size of the region, -1, times by a tax multiplier (I don't know what this is), or the number of the village residents, -1, times by that same tax multiplier.

Obviously, some villages had 24 people and some villages had huge sizes, so at least now we know why some villages remained and some got absolutely trashed.

P.S: This code is hideous. Where the hell has clean commenting gone. xD
