optimal strategy assuming 2 living prs would be claim pr by saying "pr here" or similar d1 and if 3 claims or more of pr happened, reveal roles&lynch between ccs. then go from there

it's set up so if the orc dies n0 then town has either one confirmed pr and a clear villager/revealed mafia
though if cop dies instead yer fucked.* heavily based on scumhunting.

*cop death = 1 less clear for town. inno reports are actually more likely to be lawyered scum.
