Nope.
3-4 days to hatch with enough views, 3 or so days to mature and then a day or two to turn into adults, with enough views. That's what my experience has shown me.

If an egg or a hatchling gets too many views too quickly, it'll get sick. If the views keep coming in, it'll die. Best way to avoid them dying from sickness is to remove them from all places where views can come from or to fog them, if they should get sick.
