It's all about leveling up. You have to level up as much as you can, also collecting as many gems as you can, until you go to sleep.

Failing the night battle is always fine, as the next day, you're still alive... Only back to square one.

Yeah... I don't understand how to fight, and I don't know the controls...
I mean, I know the basic controls, such as jumping and running, but other than that, I don't know anything.

If you go on the game, and click outside of the game, it pauses, and shows the controls.

And you'll have to figure out how to fight by yourself.
