3 of them aren't registered here...Either they got absorbed or were automatically removed for inactivity.

That plugin kicks out inactive people automatically, and it doesn't count all Sanctians, as many of them have different tags.

So in each group there are 2 settlements, that are dying or dead.
Also there are clans, that already hit population requirement to apply step higher.
Well, cities can't go any higher.
Sancti works differently, than other clans, so in reality it may be now biggest clan in Blocktopia/TheOne history.

World is ending in Elysium, everyone is coming to giant ships (each can hold 500 players - and there was ~4200 unique players).
But I'll post last report on 10th month of Elysium.
