since its easy to feel as tho youre talking to a town person when youre having a conversation less about your roles and reads etc and more so on plans and stuff! but you can also fake that stuff as scum since i know i do!
i mean in my mind people still cant do 2 actions a night since i dont like that as a mechanic in mafia slightly and so having the choice to not distribute does provide a cover for being able to do the night kill and be like 'OwO i just chose not to distribute since i thought it was safer for town OwO' but i mean all 3 of you are claiming to have that as an option i believe (since stranger didnt call you out on it i think) so like i guess not? but slightly? but not really?

since your role provides decently good safety in being in the 33/33/33 (working with the originally popular idk if people really think it anymore assumption that one of the distributors being mafia) which was especially good for you at the time in day 0 since you were under fire slightly and then stranger slightly came to your rescue by softclaiming first so you knew you had that like safety net + the massclaim did sporadically happen on day 0 so maybe you didnt have enough time to lie + the fact you give town investigative powers works in your benefit as a mafia claim! even if it does also slightly hinder your whole team at the same time

i meant like, in general, why would tim make a scum role that can choose to give investigative abilities, or not
what scum in their right mind would want to use that role instead of just never using it and claiming something else
id argue the 'my role looks townie though' wouldnt be worth it since it could out the rest of my team, or even out me if the investigation is used on me, which it could easily be if i dont claim, and if i do claim, then i become suspicious for not being nightkilled despite my townie claim
and being the scum in a pool of 3 with 1 of you believed to be scum is worse than being in the wider pool!

like id probably claim the role if it were me since my team should just be good enough to not be suspected enough to be investigated if they want to survive the game
it really just comes down to whether the person wants to have an on the surface townie sounding role or not! and tim is just giving the person that choice i guess? + the other distributors have the option to not do it too so you cant exactly not have the option either otherwise thats a giant red flag
disagree since while 33/33/33 may be statistically worse on the surface, the fact you all have equal likelihood and useful roles means that noone is really willing to penetrate the bubble incase theyre wrong
to me atleast
otherwise thered be bigger calls to have you/stranger/UNU murdered on day 0 (atleast before twg made a mess)!

i disagree if im scum i dont think 'well ill give town unnecessary advantages just so that i look more townie, because my team shouldnt be getting investigated anyway' and i dont think most people would think that as well, id be worried i and my team would be investigated

as long as you can play well enough to not be investigated, especially with an item in which you have a pretty good idea whos getting it during the day so you can nightkill them, as well as it only coming around every 3 days

but anyway, does everyone agree with oog's plan of having everyone donate 100000 coins except me + oog, oog bidding on the bulletproof vest and camera, me bidding on the tonic, and lynching skele? then lynching hk tomorrow unless something else comes up?

honestly even tho i support this plan i still feel theres a chance skeles town cuz him thinking hed be able to get away with suddenly visiting stranger and misreading oog's role and all that, when he couldve just nightkilled me, makes 0 sense

i dont disagree but i dont think its impossible/that unlikely that their plans just werent that thought through
or that hes your mafia buddy and so couldnt nightkill you and also couldnt take 1 coin from you since (i live in a world where you can only do 1 action a night) he was busy doing the mafia kill and you couldnt claim to have lost 1 coin since i exist to prove if people are lying or not and so he has to have visited a person with 0 coins so he couldnt prove/disprove himself
+ frankly im not too thrilled with going with hk who was your first proper choice to lynch since that means hes probably town to me in a world where you + hk/skele are mafia and so would rather go with skele before you can invent some plan to save him tomorrow/to save hk's life who is inno in this case since skele will flip mafia and so you have no claim to thinking hk is mafia based on alishas murder
but i am a peoples person who does what the people want
