The 16x16's are basically what you see in the favicon -- at least for Chrome for me.
I prefer the lowercase b's over the uppercase B's.
Overall, I prefer these three --

I can see it with my desktop but my laptop refuses to acknowledge its existance still

At the top on the tabs, I see the "b" but with my bookmark It's still "blocktopia". I tried unbookmarking and rebookmarking, but nothing.

Still looks great though.

I see the same, but you probably need to clear cache to fix the bookmark one.
