Implemented Forum attachments.

Some Xenforo forums allows to directly drag file into post to add attachments.

This way you don't have to use imgur or any other uploader, if you want to upload picture or something.

I believe this is disabled due to server constraints (admins it seems do have the ability to do this though) - Hex is the ASSHAT now, so it's his decision as to whether he feels that the server potentially being filled won't be an issue.

I'll look into it, the forums probably wont fill up as quickly as it would have a few years ago - so it might be pretty plausible.
