YOU GOT IT WRONG.

Earthbound came overseas to the United States, but was never able to go onto the Virtual Console on the Wii.

However, Mother 1 (Earthbound Zero) and Mother 3 (Earthbound 2) have NEVER made it to the United States without a fan translation.

There are also some other games out there that I wish have made it to the United States, but these games are the ones that come straight off the top of my head.

*As Killer said, but I made it sound more professional*

It's been a long time sense I've been messing with Earthbound lore and history and theories. (lore being in-game, history being irl) Mother 1 and Mother 3 is 2/3 right, and something happened with Earthbound that blehbleh

What happened with Earthbound is that it got a super coverup, in which everything was toned down to be more of an E for Everyone game.

In Japan, the game was actually rated M for Mature, I believe.

The game didn't go onto the Virtual Console because Nintendo in Japan did not want to translate the whole thing again, for Itoi's sake.
