Alouette wakes up to snow. She quickly stands up and shakes it off, but it's already soaked parts of her gown, and she shivers. "It's gotten cold out here... And dark." She stares up into the sky, seeing shards of darkness cut through the already dim light in the sky. "Light, what's going on?" She asks, looking down at him as she pulls the orb of light from her bag. It doesn't light up nearly as much as it did before, and she can barely see for a few feet in any direction. "Why is it so dark all of a sudden?"

"How long has it been since we entered this cave, 25 minutes? 30 minutes? I'm pretty sure it should have stopped snowing now. Hmm? It looks like the aura is in redshift to us! Well, not exactly what I had in mind, but it looks like we'll have to pursue it more vigorously if we're to find who is behind this darkness on the world's surface, come on!"
Catcocomics takes flight, a feat only possible for him under these conditions due to his large wings being ethereal elemental essence, though others with smaller wings could also fly through the cave system
"Try to keep up with me, I won't be breaking the sound barrier this time, I'll be going as fast as I can to allow you to keep up, or I'll try to, but for you, Airis, full speed ahead! I don't think we have much time left to lose, especially considering that solar energy seems to have been globally cut off."
Catcocomics turns to face the direction in which he sense the aura to be in.
"The effects of this darkness aren't going to be precisely as severe as it would on a planet covered in life or anything, but even this lack of solar energy for long periods of time could harm the current beings who exist. Even I take affect to this darkness, and I can't really say I enjoy the absence of that natural amplifier, however subtle the amplification may be. No time to lose!"

Guardian of Wind

*Frost Phoenix hands me a rune. I look at it and placed it in my pocket*

*Remilia, Death, Phoenix and myself entered the cave*

*Death dissapears one of the sudden*

"Hmm? Where did Death go?"

*A voice of a boy echoed inside the cave*

"Guess we're not alone after all"

*Remilia decided to turn around and check. I stay with Catcocomics*

"Hey Frost, we should continue. I'm sure Remilia and Death will be okay. They can take care of themselves. Lets continue."

*Airis and Frost keep walking further into the cave*

*After 30 minutes Frost tells me we should hurry up. He uses his wings to fly*

"Don't worry, Frost. I'm not slow. I'll be right behind you. Following you. Lets go!"

*Airis spreads his huge white wings and both of them start flying*

Guardian of Fire

The Fire Guardian looks around and wonders where all this snow is coming from... then he begins to realize they must've found the damned Frost Phoenix. The Fire Guardian's powers are still too weak from making the tornado to do anything besides make a shelter so cursing the snow and the Frost Phoenix, he finds a man-sized hole at the edge of the crater and fills it with fire and lowers himself into it thus making himself a small but comfortably, hot shelter.

"I'll find the other Guardians in the morning. I think I saw an ice trail nearby. I'll just follow that to wherever they went but for now.. I'll just wait until this snow passes by..."

The Fire Guardian falls into a deep sleep.​

Ross uncorks the vial and gives it a whiff. "This doesn't smell like a normal potion." Ross flashes a sly grin at Endal. "At least it'll keep me from passing out. And I guess I've found my new drinking buddy. And nothing goes with drinking like a good story. Tell me about what happened in the other world. The one with Neptune."

Ross sips from the vial, but it's too small an amount to truly enjoy. Since the drink is water based, he uses his power to roughly duplicate it to increase the longevity of his beverage. He feels his insides warming up the more he drinks.

The dark is nice. The dark is cool. It's peaceful here, and you're welcome to stay. I am the Guardian of the Darkness. Not nasty evil darkness, but safe, comforting darkness. No harm can come while there's no harm to be seen. Bring disruptive Light to me, however, and I will show you the true abysmal force that is the Darkness. There is no good nor evil, only dissonance and calm. Beware, because I will protect the calm of it means silencing you eternally.

After pursuing the guardian of darkness for about 5five minutes, Catcocomics' eyes seem to shimmer briefly, for he has activated his sonic vision, one of the three vision types his species may use, primarily to help navigate through the dark of space, as despite sound not being able to travel through space, it is still visible in planetoids and space debris. Unlike light-based vision, sound appears as flashes of insanely fast-moving waves of variedly colored energy and takes a good deal of practice to become accustomed to, regardless of species.
"I think I can see some humanoid figure up ahead in the distance, though they seem to be quite a ways away."
All though Airis' wing beats are capable of creating noise, their sounds are unable to penetrate far enough to illuminate much ahead for Catcocomics, and Catcocomics is barely able to keep sight of the humanoid figure, for very little sound seems to reach them.
"Agh, if only the person up ahead made louder foot falls. For the, perhaps I'd be able to see them better. I'll keep the frost flames ignited so you can continue following me, Airis."
At these words, Catcocomics doubts a single one of them was audible over the rushing of air. Even then, speaking with sonic vision activated is almost equivalent to shining a dim flashlight in his own face.
