"My sister needs your help. Please."

She sleeps, images- memories- flicking through her mind like dreams. She sees a collection of people, male and female, of many different ages, but all with the same build and the same silver eyes.
She sees the necklace, her other incarnations, their lives and her lives, all so fast she can barely process it.
And then it fades into darkness, her unconscious thoughts echoing in her head.
'I am the Guardian of Flight.
I can help creatures fly, or take the ability away from them.
My power is controlled by my emotion, and I cling to my loved ones no matter what.
I am the Guardian of Flight, and while I'm not the most powerful, I am still important.'

Guardians of Fear and Water
Ross continued staring blankly into his orb. "Has your aspect ever spoken to you?"
"Spoken?" Takot repeated. "As a matter of fact, yeah." Takot broke out into a grin. "It's telling me crap all the time. I just don't really listen to him."
Ross shook his head and looked up. "I mean like in your dreams. Appearing before you. Speaking face to face. When was the last time you slept?"
"Slept?" Takot laughed. "Come to think of it, I don't think I have slept. Maybe I'm afraid of the dark. Mine's just another voice in my head."
"Do you know its name?" Ross felt a little silly, but if he wanted to fix his problems he needed to know about other Guardian's relationships with their aspects. "Sorry if these sound like stupid questions, I'm just trying to figure this out."
"I could ask him if you'd like." Takot grinned mischievously.
'Him.' Ross took a mental note. "Erm...That's not necessary. What does he say?"
"Just stuff like, 'Hey, see that kid in the blue robe? You should freak him out. Like right now! It'd be hilarious!' And then I have to tell him that you're off limits."
"Well thanks for that." Ross was starting to get a little uncomfortable. "Poseidon only talks to me when I sleep in water. I dozed off a few minutes ago and.....the Aspect of Fire. He doesn't like me very much. I'm starting to second guess my choice."
Out of nowhere, Takot starts screaming. "Shut up you! Can't you see I'm busy!?"
"Erm...Takot? Need some help with that?"
Takot continues his screaming, "ONE SEC, ROSS. I GOT THIS." Takot picks up a stick and proceeds to bash himself in the face with it. He looks up with a black eye. "That's better."
Ross looked on in horror as his best friend brutally battered his own face with a stick. He couldn't stop himself from reacting. "HOLY SHIT WHAT THE HELL, MAN?"
"Uhhhhh... A fly! A fly was on my face. What can you do?" Takot smiled unconvincingly.
Ross looked down, put his hand on Takot's shoulder -- and laughed. "I'll see what we can do about those damn 'flies.'" "But Poseidon is mad at me because I adopted fire. He-," Ross paused. Wait? How do I know his name? "He hates me because Pyro was in love with me."
"Pyro had a thing for you? That's... a plot twist for sure." Takot looked away. "Did you have a thing for pyro?"
"Let's just say we were....close." Ross blushed. "But I don't know what to do about this whole dual element thing. Two aspects and both hate me."
Takot laughed. "I see. As for this Poolside guy, or whatever his name is, he sounds like a real jerk. Live and let liv- Blagh one sec." ... "Uh Ross? would you mind to terribly if Fear came out for a couple minutes?" Takot asked. "He wants to get a bit of time to himself."
"What do you mean?
"Okay well, you remember how I died, right?"
"Yeah...though I never saw your body."
"That's probably a good thing. Anyway, my body was basically destroyed, and so a new one was created. I basically 'moved in' and Fear was like my roommate. But he really wants out now. You'll have to deal with him for a few minutes. Be careful, I have no control over his actions. If he tries anything you hit him. Hard. Ready?"
Hesitant, Ross picked up his trident. "Hopefully I won't need this...but just in case. I'm ready."
A mild change came over Takot. His normally friendly smile changed to a much chillier one. His voice took a darker tone. "So you're Ross? Takot's told me a good deal about you."
A fleeting chill ran down Ross' spine and he couldn't help but feel on edge. "Indeed I am." Doing his best to be curt and formal, Ross got right to the point. "So are you another Takot, or the Aspect of Fear residing in his body?"
"I guess you could say that I'm the Aspect of Fear. But just call me Fear."
"So what did Takot mean by you trying anything?"
"Oh don't worry, I wouldn't scare you. I like you so far."
"Alright, but forgive me if I'm not exactly put at ease by the Aspect of Fear telling me that I'll be fine... and why exactly did you want out so badly?"
"It sucks being stuck in that wuss' head all the time."
"I see. So Takot was afraid? That's hysterical!" Ross stepped forward to give Fear a highfive.
Fear recipricated the motion. "Yeah I know. The last time I was out was when I scared the corrupted shit out of Cyra. She was writhing and scream- I'll spare you the details."
Ross couldn't help but smile. After all, Cyra was basically the bane of Ross' existence since they'd met.
"And he's so unproffessional, always crushing on girls."
"Heh, Remelia, right? He told me about her. He wanted to make the Nether scarier to impress her. Heard she attacked the others with Cyra. Don't know if that's something that'd make you like her more, though."
"Yeah, Rem was first. He likes Zwn now apparently. Rem's too hardcore for him probably. And I heard you had a thing for that Fire kid..."
Ross couldn't deny it. He couldn't hold back the smile or the blood rushing to his face. He just laughed a bit and looked down at the ground.
"So what should we do now?"
"I don't know. You tell me."
"Let's go somewhere where we can make trouble." A mischievous grin covered Fear's face.
"Erm.." Ross' throat locked up and dried out, and it wasn't from the heat. Ross had spent all his time on this world trying to fix his problems, not cause trouble. "Actually....I'd rather find some water."
"Whatever. Takot wants his body back now. Nice meeting you." Once more there was a change over Takot and he was back to his normal self. "How'd you like him?"
"He was a bit....Unsettling, but he was alright."
Takot just smiled.

With wide eyes, she watches the light-figure and horror creates a lead-like pit in her stomach. Frozen to the spot, she gasps as Light's arm sets on fire and she has an urge to go help that is only dampened by her inability to move from the place she's rooted to the ground. Lightning struck behind her and she only had a moment to turn and look before it struck not far from her, separating Liro from the rest of them.
Airis spoke beside her and she looked to see Alouette draped in his arms.
"What happened to her this time?" She asked, frowning and stepping closer to look at the girl. "Oh, sorry, yes, I am Life. My name is Zwn, though," she replied, smiling.

Guardian of Corruption
Cyra opened her eyes to see Corruption glaring at her. The Guardian tried to sit up, but Corruption had her pinned to the ground.
"Wh-" Cyra started to ask.
"You're a pathetic idiot."
Then the world went black once more.
