He smiles at Death one last time and takes off towards the crater.
Flying above it, he says to himself, "Hmm. A girl trapped in a bubble, a white-haired guy next to her talking to her, another guy with pink eyes staring at that girl, another bubble at the very bottom. What is happening there? I really want to take a look." He descends a little, muttering, "Should I see if I can use some wind abilities? No no. Am I just going to believe a female voice that talked to me in a dream about saying I'm the Guardian of the Wind? If this doesn't work I'm going to look like a fool in front of Death."
With a little more thought, he figures, "Maybe I can try and create a small wind tunnel inside that crater. In which I could easily fly through it without not even getting wet. Here I go."
He gestures in a circle, but nothing happens, and he stops. "Not working. Come on, Airis. Believe in yourself."
He starts to gesture again, focusing harder. Wind swirls around him, but he questions if it's true. "Is this really working?" The wind picks up, and the radius of the spiral expands.
"Woah. No no no. Stop. This is not what I wanted to do!"
The wind only hastens, spiraling at incredible speeds, and quickly forms a huge tornado around him. "No!! What is this?!"
The tornado hits the water-filled crater, dragging everything out of it. It leaves the crater dry and flings the Guardians inside away, leaving them unconscious on the ground not far from it.
"What have I done?! They can't be... Dead? NO!" He lands on the ground near them, skidding and nearly falling in panic. The three lie still.
Airis quietly walks to the girl, shaking, afraid of what he's done. "Hey, please. Wake up."
Tears pool in his eyes as he looks around at them, seeing nothing but the unnatural stillness.
"Please, everyone, wake up..."
And when no one stirs, the tears begin to fall.
