Liro noticed somebody walk up behind him, judging by the weight of the footsteps it was probably Cairne unless Cyra put up some weight. "What's up?" He asked to Cairne while still fiddling about with the tablet.
Cairne: "You know what's up; I saw you watching us. Anyway, nice bed. Is that a floor map of this house?" Cairne glances at the tablet being carved.
Liro: "Yep."
Cairne looks over at the wall labeled "secret".
There is nothing visible there.
Cairne knocks on the wall. It echoes hollowly.
Liro: "Uhh.. What are you doing?"
Cairne: "What's in there?"
"Nothing," said Liro, calmly.
Cairne asks Liro what materials he used to build the wall.
Liro: "Regular stone, why?
Cairne: "What the hell is "regular stone"? I thought you were the Guardian of Ground, shouldn't you-"
Cairne is suddenly distracted by the appearance of a "stone" chair in his field of vision.
Liro threw his arms into the air. "Whatever is deep underground."
Cairne: "-wow, is that a chair?"
Liro: "What does it look like to you?"
Cairne is acting as if he has never seen a chair in his life. At least, not one that looks like this.
Liro: "Uhhh... Are you okay?"
Cairne snaps out of it. "You're starting to sound like Cyra."
Liro rolled his eyes. "What are you doing here anyway, aren't you supposed to be making out with her or something."
Cairne: "...she's fucking insane, and would probably bite off my tongue or something. What's her aspect, anyway?"
Liro: "Corruption, is there something wrong with your memory or did she never tell you?"
Cairne: "I don't think she mentioned it. Guess that explains a lot."
Liro: "Explains what, her being insane?"
Cairne laughs a bit, and nods his head.
Liro: "...Yeah... We've tried to kill each other multiple times."
Cairne rolls his eyes, smiling.
Cairne: "That was a joke, right?"
Liro: "Nope."
Cairne: "...Why the hell are you two living together, then?"
Liro: "...We're not living together. I just-"
Liro suddenly felt as if he had to do something.
Cairne: "Oh by the way, some weird bug-looking thing came from this direction."
Liro stared at the tablet, motionless.
Cairne: "Remillia killed it though. You know anything about it?"
Liro didn't reply.
Cairne noticed Liro's freezing in place.
And decided, for whatever reason, to hug him.
Cairne: "Dude, are you okay?"
Liro thought about what to do next. [Do I make another house or finish this one... What does this one even need.]
Cairne: "Hey, I was thinking, since you're good at architecture and all..."
Cairne: "...would you want to help build me a home?"
Liro's eyes lit up; he almost squealed in happiness. "Sure!" Liro tried to stand up but he realized he was being held by Cairne.
Liro pushed his arm away, staring bewilderedly at Cairne.
Cairne forgot he was hugging him and pulled his arms back, nearly recoiling.
Cairne: "Uh, sorry, you spaced out for a second there."
Liro: "...So you hugged me?"
"You really are desperate aren't you," says Liro sarcastically.
"Okay, geez, I guess I'll just build my own house then," teases Cairne.
Liro frowned, pushed his chair backwards and stood up.
Cairne: "Just kidding, you're like a genius with this stuff."
Liro smiled.
Cairne: "How'd you build this so quickly?"
Cairne seems impressed.
Liro thought about it... But he couldn't seem to remember.
Liro scratched his head.
Cairne: "Ah, never mind, you're the guardian of ground, so of course you'd be skilled with these sorts of things."
Cairne: "Even if you weren't, you're still the first I've seen to actually care about having a place to stay."
"I wanna build a city." Liro said plainly.
"That's a wonderful idea!" Cairne says excitedly.
He can just imagine the city in his mind.
But he can't think of how to get mortal citizens to reside there.
Cairne: "...Who would live in it, though?"
Liro: "Dunno."
Cairne: "Wouldn't a city need to have a good militia as well?"
Cairne: "Any ideas about that?"
Liro: "I'm supposed to lead a golem army or something."
Cairne gets a wicked grin.
Cairne: "You can make golems, too?"
Cairne is seriously impressed by this turn of events, and it shows.
Liro: "Nope."
Cairne: "...Oh."
Cairne seems crestfallen, but the expression immediately changes to one of deep thought. He gets an idea.
Cairne: "So that "secret" room over there-it's empty, yes?"
Liro: "Yep."
Cairne: "I might have come up with a solution to your golem problem while finding a use for that room."
Liro stared at Cairne.
Cairne: "...Are we going inside?"
Liro: "Sure!" He stood up and walked towards the wall and put his hand against it.
Liro is slighly confused.
He shrugs then pushes the wall forward. It falls over with a large noise.
The two enter the space.
Cairne: "Could you, um, maybe put the wall back?"
Cairne: "Otherwise it's not much of a secret."
Liro pulled Cairne forward then lifted the wall and mended it back.
Cairne: "Alrighty, then."
Cairne: "So, what did these golems look like?"
Cairne: "Could you make one for me?"
