Ross continued his attack against the demon as Endal fired some more energy at it. Then suddenly, Ross turned around and started taunting the floaty guy. Endal frowned in confusion, but when he saw the mass of water that had been sprayed at the demon and was now all in a puddle at the demon's feet, the Guardian figured out Ross's plan.
It seemed like the floating Guardian (because what else could it be) was completely ignoring Ross, but fortunately, it also seemed like he'd come to his senses about fighting the demon and was now up in the sky, where he shot a lightning bolt at the beast and covered it's eyes with a thick cloud. With the demon confused, Endal saw his chance.
The wizard hurled himself up at the head of the demon using his powers, through the cloud and landed between the demon's eyes. Drawing for more power from the planet, Endal stabbed the beast with his staff, and said the incantation to send the demon back to the Void from where it had come from with a flash of purple.
Endal emerged from the dust, tired yet victorious. Two glass orbs hit him in the stomach with enough force to send him flying back into the dirt.
The battle wasn't over yet.
The black-haired teenager quickly formed a defensive shield around him, but he could feel his strength fading. Once again he took the power from the planet, knowing full well there'd be a price to pay later for it. He did not dare to give in to the growing urge to resort to the last chance just yet. Scrambling up on his two feet again, he turned his attention to Light and the other one that was now up in the clouds.

Catcocomics watched as the giant purple monster vanished in a flash of purple light. He then saw one of his friends (which he had forgotten the name of) rise up from the dust, only to be knocked down by two light orbs.
Light orbs... the guardian of light must still be insane. Catcocomics (fox) charged for Light's feet in an attempt to make him lose his balance, while Catcocomics (wolf) pounced at Light from the front (with claws sheathed) to try and knock the guardian over and pin him to the ground.

Wasting no time, Skri'ik began his assault. He sent a cloud through Ross, impeding his vision. He then flew down from the clouds and punched this new intruder. "I hope you didn't think you could get away with insulting me. I ignored it to fight your so-called-bigger-threat, but now you and your fellow infidels will feel my wrath."
The demon appeared to have been banished, but the master of deceit had fooled the attackers. What they had attacked was a decoy, explaining the lack of retaliation.
The true terror flashed into view behind Endal.

To his surprise, Skri'ik actually struck the demon directly, instead of electrifying the water. Oh well, same effect, really. Less surprising was when the opponent flew back down, threw a cloud at and punched him. "I hope you didn't think you could get away with insulting me. Skri'ik's surprise at the sudden disappearance of all the clouds was quickly replaced by pain as he was sent flying across the ground.
Then he remembered. It was the water guardian, perhaps the greatest check to Skri'ik's powers of all the guardians out there. This oversight he had made in his arrogance had cost him dearly. However, he could not back down now. If he surrendered, who would there be to protect order from the chaotic scum who wished to defile it? How would he continue to learn more of the world and ultimately became the most knowledgeable?
He got up a few seconds later, panting but grinning. "I gravely underestimated you, water guardian. But I will beat you yet in this brawl and bring you to your knees." He took a defensive pose, waiting for his adversary's next move.

The demon appeared gone, but one thing was bugging the wizard. If the demon wanted to fight them... then why the hell didn't it? The flames and drawn sword in the beginning was, of course, convincing enough, but it barely did anything after that.
Malice exploded into existence behind the Guardian and slammed its infernal sword against Endal's shield, which faltered for a moment as sparks flew from the impact. Oh, for fuck's sake. "Ross? Finish things up with Light and the cloud dude fast, okay? I may need you to fight against the demon again." It seemed as the Water Guardian didn't notice, but he did seem to draw the attention of the other two Guardians, so Endal let him do his own thing and turned his full attention to the demon that was currently summoning his minions to fight for him. Endal blasted the minions away with one swift crescent-shaped blow, but then had trouble keeping his ground against the massive surge of magical energy that came in behind the cover of Endal's own blast. The wave passed in a moment though, and the wizard sighed in relief.

My Gods, you must really be a moron; if we wanted chaos we'd let the demon free in the world and you as well along with the insane Light Guardian there! Bloody hell, you're the one who came in causing all the chaos we have-" At that moment the wizard's shield shattered and broke into sparks and Endal ran to a new position, right before the demon's sword slashed into the ground.
"My point-" he dodged a huge purple fireball "-was that if you-" he redirected an energy surge back towards the demon "-wish to avoid-" he slammed a chunk of stone into the demon's side "-chaos-" and fired a gigantic blast right into the demon's chest "-then stop fucking around and help us defeat the things that are currently causing the chaos here!" he finished while quickly drawing his breath as the demon recovered from the blast.

Ross took the punch and stood his ground. The water he was standing in helped ease the pain. Endal responded to Skri'ik before Ross could, and more eloquently than Ross could. "...What he said." In one smooth motion Ross surrounded Skri'ik in a veil of water, more of a thick bubble really. He drew the bubble close around Skri'ik and froze it solid. "I'll deal with you later."
Ross ran over to Endal to face the demon. "What do you need me to do?"
