/help doesn't accept any parameters; /staff doesn't work despite the announcement saying that it does.
Evidence (Logs, Screenshots, etc.):
/staff not working:
Typing /help [page] gives the main /help page:
Steps to Reproduce:
Type /help [insert anything here] and the main help menu will come up.
Typing /staff will return the unknown command message.
