[BCOLOR=#ffffff]I staffed on Create when it was BuildBox, but lost my rank shortly after. I also have had previous experiences owning a Minecraft Server about 3 years ago shortly. Owner of GMOD server for 2 years.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]Being a moderator means to always make sure to keep the environment as friendly and laid back as possible, and keep players happy. You will answer questions, review builds for ranks, and also just give general building tips. You will make sure other players aren’t hurting the fun for others, also. Just be there and keep everything fun and friendly. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]Why do you want to be a staff member? [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#ffffff]I want to be a Staff Member because I love EscapeRestart, and Create! I’ve been a player for a very long time, and have always loved joining in and talking to people all day while building. Helping out players is something i genuinely enjoy, and I love reviewing builds and giving tips. If I’m on the staff team, I can not only do those things like normal, but I can also help fix things, i can promote ranks for when people deserve it, and help on most inactive times. I love watching players grow and bud out in their skills of building, and using my tips to make their build look a little better.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]What qualities can you bring to the current staff team, that set you apart from other applicants? [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#ffffff]I[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=#ffffff] know how to build, and can give very in depth building tips if needed. I also really enjoy helping others, because it gives me a satisfaction. I am also a very easy person to talk to, and I love seeing players progress on their building skills. I also personally know a lot about minecraft, so I can help players with problems like installing mods, troubleshooting, etc. I've also been a member of the EscapeRestart Community for a while now =), though it has been on / off.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]How would you approach a problem that you are unfamiliar with?[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#ffffff]If I was unfamiliar with a problem, I would try to work it out with myself by using my own resources, but if it is a big problem / problem i can’t figure out at all, I would try to get ahold of a Head Admin, or a Server Controller that may better understand what is happening.[/BCOLOR]

I will add however that you depending on the situation, a 2nd opinion from a fellow operator is always okay unless it is regarding something that you deem as a necessity to have a Controller/Admin to deal with.

I haven't really seen much of you staffing or at all really, this is probs down to time zones. But when I do see you, you seem like a mature, level headed player. Most of all u know how to build, and how create works, which is what create needs (hi aod duel staff who can't build) +1
