im rlly new to this and ive been on for 3 months and one of the ops said i have to be on 30 hours im wondering how to become anybody could would be rlly helpful thank u :D

Depends on the server. To become a Trusted on one of the Classic servers, you have to have references from Operators+ (at least 1 for TNT, 3 and at least 1 VetOp+ reference for Lava and 5 for Zombie) and a good amount of play time (at least 30 for Zombie). For AoD, you need to have 24 hours of play time plus knowledge of the server. Be helpful and mature.
To become a Tnt Trusted you need 16 hours of playing time. Also, 1 month of active play on the server. Also, like prizyms said you need 1 op Reference. With all of that you need to be active, helpful, and mature. Also, instead of making a thread on the forums. You could pick one or more of the servers you like from Blocktopia and go there and just ask for the requirements. I'm sure someone will help you :)

Just to make this clear, 3 months in the server on that account + 2 ban evasions = 0 chance of getting trusted.
The best way to get to be Trusted in a server is to prove that you deserve it. And from what you've shown us, you are the exact opposite kind of person from what we're looking for.
