Trushed is a rank? Well welcome to Blocktopia. In order to get, Trusted. You must meet the requirements and since its the zombie server, you gotta get 5 op+ refs, 30+ hrs and a month gameplay and are helpful active and mature. But welcome ;D
Taat, you have been told several times by myself, and I can imagine different staff members as well. But, the answer will always be the same.
If you ask a question, actually read the answer or say "Oops! I forgot what the last requirement is. Can you please tell me?". But after the 6th time, it is beyond just forgetting. And coming to the forums to ask the exact same question doesn't get you bonus points. Nor does it mean you can skip a requirement in applying for trusted. Many people want to be a trusted, and they all have to go through the same process. We have talked about this before on the server, Taat.
Finally, as mentioned a couple times before, you do not automatically get promoted to trusted at 30 hours. 30 hours is merely a requirement to make sure you have been on the server long enough to have a sense of how the server runs. This is why many of our staff did not apply for trusted until around 100 to 150 hours at minimum. Rarely does someone understand all the rules and how the server runs after only 30 hours. Since you are at 30 hours, just forget about it now and work on being helpful, active, and mature as ZombiePineapple said.

1. In order to be trusted on zombies you must: a. have 5 op+ references, b. have played a minimum of 30 hours, c. have played a month.
2. Asking/begging for a rank will not get you anywhere
