User already has had a forum account since november 12, that he stopped using on november 19th. Then he made a new account on november 19th, that he has not used because it became automatically locked through multiple account detection. He did not reply to the enquiring message I sent to him about this on both his accounts. Yesterday made this account that also got automatically locked after the first message.
User has been warned through email and private conversation for creating multiple accounts, and to use his original account. If he does not, he will be banned from the forums completely.
