To clarify what an Operator+ refrence is: It is an Operator (or higher) of the respective server saying that they want you to apply for trusted or that they think you are ready for trusted. A refrence is NOT them telling you where to apply or how to apply.
After you have met those completely you apply here:

Make sure you follow the format and stay patient with your application. If it gets denied do not give up just see how you can improve and do so.

Lol, he said he liked to invite his friends to TNT, so that's the server I thought he played
