Are you able to join a town after it is built if the peeps in charge let you in? Also, if you can, would you recieve the same benefits?If you want all the benefits provided from an official town, you will have to apply!
But in case you don't need them, you aren't forced to apply for it.

So far, an item grinder should be fine, it has been considered to disallow, but we don't think that one could do too much damage so far.
Possibly on a later stage it won't be allowed.
As for farming, I don't see what your question is?
Lemme just edit the rules, and ignore what I said first.
We will limit it at first, and if things go alright, we slowly allow more depending on how the playerbase can hold te responsibility of the animals.

Same rule goes for PvP.
The more responsible players will act up with animals, the more freedom regarding animals will we give eventually.
