List what you believe your greatest strengths are: I believe that I have good negotiation tactics, helping create compromises between people and controversial matters. I also have exceptional grammar, which I owe to my only teacher I pay attention to. I am also very friendly, and somewhat patient, with those who do not know what to do on servers.
List what you believe your greatest weaknesses are: I may be a bit immature at times, but that is just me. I have many many many mood swings (unofficially bipolar), so one moment I may be very happy, and the next the most hardass person in the world. I also have a bit of a short temper, which I am trying to work on.

Previous Offences?: I was once banned on the IRC for a week for an incident involving inappropriate writing with a few other members of the community.

You are to be as friendly and helpful to those as you can, answering questions even when busy with something. You are a respected member of the community, and this rank shows that you have achieved this, and lets other players know that aswell.
