If the mayor shows himself tho, and maf don't nightkill him, that also increases the probability of the doctor role saving some1 who would be nightkilled, it's still unlikely tho, and I agree the Mayor shouldn't out themselves as the multiple votes power is practically useless as most likely cases will result in almost everyone voting for some1, making the extra 2 votes practically useless; whereas, as previously stated, if they stay anonymous, that decreases the chances of maf getting a lucky nightkill on a civ.

there's only 3 roles that show as scum this game: gadget, paparazzi, and ringleader
if maven finds the gadget they fucking say so no matter what day it is, that's crucial
ringleader? lynching them absolutely kills maf's night discussion so they can't plan for the next day at all.
pap? if they found the pap n1, that's the only situation where it might be beneficial to stay quiet. they should still out them after they have a second investigation, though. personally i'd out the maf as soon as i got a guilty.
