I'm claiming because the person I spoke to last night asked, and I was cagey, but now I'm tipsy and people wanna know so why not. It's not like the devil even wants me (probably cause I'm a ginger and don't have a soul to give)

And I read them as town as pretty much straight from the gate I realised they had the same role as me, yes they could have been told about it, but I would rather get info about another role. and I found out that obviously some people don't have to make deals to have actions as proven by me having a wonderful chat with them.

And cause let's be honest, being a vanilla townie is boring. I'd rather take the risk and be able to potentially do something useful in the game and by one of us making a deal then we would get some information on what the fuck COULD be a consequence. But as I said I just got straight up rejected and I'm unable to write the delicious fan fiction I was planning.

you acknowledge they couldve gotten told about the role and excuse your not voting them as wanting to get info on other roles yet not voting wouldnt even accomplish that, and you didnt say this as your reason for not voting earlier, you said it was because you townread them

The chat was a PM - It was called "Neighbour Chat", I started the convo as I'm a wonderful outgoing person and asked them why they picked me to talk to - they said they had originally picked somebody else but that I made them suspicious - and then went to say that If I was maf and killed them they could be tracked. Which I was like yeah true, but in my head, I feel tracking may be limited to just us sinners and on the first night nobody would be able to so there is a big flaw in your plan, but if I say anything then I would be claiming.

One of the main reasons I didn't want to lynch Alisha is that I knew about the mechanics of the role and the fact that you would have to wait until at least night 2 in order to use any ability. Therefore, I assumed that the accepting of a deal was going to have to be a night action.

At the start of the game, Infected_alien8_ stated that he didn't really want to lynch anybody D0 which came across as suspicious to me as he often wants to kill somebody day 0 to "gain information" this, in turn, got me to thinking that Inf was in fact the devil and knew that sinners were potentially his only hope in the game, yet he had multiple sinners claim meaning that he had options and therefore he could go for a more aggressive strategy and decide to actually lynch a player. And for somebody who didn't want a lynch he sure put A LOT of pressure onto getting Alisha removed from the game (potentially as Alisha is good at the game compared to somebody like me <3).

This also links into the reason why I wanted to make a deal. I don't know how the devil mechanics work, but I thought if the devil gets to pick and choose who he gives powers to, if I play against what Inffy and Aqua want to do now, they may be less likely to give me a deal. And as I stated in my night chat these are two of the players that I feel are most likely to be Mafia.

I thought the risk of attempting to make a deal and live with the consequences compared to not getting any info was worth it. In the words of Nina Bonina Brown "Sue Me"

also i said all along that i didnt want to lynch unless i was confident. nling this game was a fine option since we got an extra night of abilities yet didn't lose a mislynch like we usually do. but obviously id rather eliminate a scum PR than nl since then we also get an extra night of abilities as well as killing a maf and preventing a maf PR usage n1, so if i became confident on a target i wanted to lynch them. after alisha's reactions to my vote i became confident, it felt right, so i pushed for the vote

Inf - I never really trust you - no lynch = collection of souls? - you're still alive and its day 1 which is unusual as who wouldn't want you dead.

Aqua - He just seemed very flip floppy on abilities and how useful they were and how useful people were and I felt he thought Alisha could be an easy kill.

Sessy - Her vote on Beta rubbed me the wrong way - dunno if it was a joke but something seemed off

I have my opinions you have yours. I also went for the message ability as I felt it would be the "least threatening" to the mafia side and most likely for a success rate - however, maybe each ability holds a different price and the price for fanfic is too cheap to bother?

assuming youre talking about the nl thing here, surely you can see that the logic of why nling day 0 unless i was confident makes sense, bearing in mind we have 12 players, assuming 1/4 of the game are maf like usual, and 1 nightkill per night max since this is a small game

not sure which id prefer to get anymore, i think i still maybe lean alisha just because i think shes more likely to be the devil since both yesterday and today alisha pushes for fog but fog's reluctant to push back, but i know i might be looking too far into that since i could see that just being alisha being more happy to bus fog than fog happy to bus alisha regardless of roles, and fog's been way more scummy than alisha so far today, so i dunno which id prefer anymore
