We in our group know we are all innocent, but I, nor they can prove that was said, so you can't really believe that either unfortunately.

Not at all. As tim said Inffy only said his role involves "suggesting" people to be investigated by his "superior." That doesn't quite count as "visiting" in my book, also revealed by one of our groups investigation that night. If the superior does exist, then its probably one of them that does the visiting, or the "superior" could just be flavour text and the investigation doesnt involve any visiting and is just a random alignment reveal.
...But anyways let me give some context before I go further using Nottsberry's question as a jumping off point:
How many people are in the group?
Our group is, what I'm gonna call, the Security Council.
All of us are some shape or form, some kind of investigative power role; all town sided of course.
In total, we are a group of 4... now 3, people, who have an inn we can discuss with each other each night on how to conduct our business.
And yes, I said 3 now; Mars was our groups ability to kill with him being the Vigilante.
Mars went after both
Samlen and
Webpaige during his night attacks.
We also include the town's cop, a watcher, and a tracker, all of whoms investigations during Night 1 were revealed in our day message, written up by me.
Now I said there were 4 power roles, yet I claim otherwise, so let me explain.
Basically as a group, we can decide to have one of us give up a power and gain the ability to write a message that would show up at the start of the next day. I decided it would be a good way to reveal our group findings anonymously, although I also became the spokesperson to help the town as going off of nothing without explanation could lead to some unfortunate confusion, and let's me be more open about my thoughts and opinions as I do not need to hide unlike my compatriots.
That being said, I was originally
The Watcher (or whatever name Ltin gave to it; I'm a Security guard who watches people blah blah you get the gist). I used my ability Night 1, which led me to find out about Ooglie being visited, which I reported to the group.
I subsequently gave up my ability to become the role I will now be referring to as the
Security Announcer, who's ability I have already stated.
Additionally, I mentioned before that my role passes on after death; this is the role I was referring to.
If I die, another member of the security council can abandon their original duties and take up the mantle of Security Announcer. Should they decide not to then the group cannot make day posts until they do so.
