Mode: TNT Only

From what I just learned, there's a mode where TNT is the only weapons useable, why doesn't this happen on a random match?

Vetops have to activate it. If it would happen randomly it would confuse new players like old players.

It's able to be set as the default setting for a map or activated by VetOp+, but it doesn't turn itself on randomly. I think it's best this way.
