More trophies

A simple yet fun suggestion. I feel like more trophies should get added (maybe even for specific ratings, i.e. funny ("Comedian", thank you ("Helper") or whatever, more trophies for likes, more trophies for more posts etc...

Sure, trophies and trophy points are completely useless, but I still think it would encourage users to post more and better content, and it's just fun to see "You have been awarded a trophy!" every once in a while. Thoughts?

I could list the certain factors you can set in getting a trophy, but that's quite a bit, but---things like getting x amounts of funny ratings is impossible with what we have now.

It is possible to give trophies for how long people have been registered for, like those steam badges....hmmm.

Now I personally see quite a few possibilities here, and would love to have as many trophies as possible :3

I feel like these ones should most certainly get added:

- Being on the forums for one year (maybe call it "Yearling" "You've been a member of Blocktopia for over a year!"?), maybe have it give give 15 trophy points*
- Also trophies for being on here for two years, three years, and all the way up to ten years (i'm being optimistic here and hope blocktopia/this forums will last another 10 years)
- Today's your birthday (Just a "Happy birthday" message, not per se giving any trophy points
- More trophies for likes
- (maybe) more trophies for having a lot of messages posted

Perhaps we could have more post trophies, such as reaching 2,500 and 5,000 posts? Maybe even specific trophies for doing something for the community such as donating, most time online in one day, and as you said for how long people have been registered for?

Don't think so... They could be able to custom-code it, but I feel like that'd be way too much work for just a trophy.

I meant more a long the lines of changing the title and description of the do-able trophies, which I'd hope would be a lot simpler

I wish it wasn't so much effort to add trophies but apparantly the types of trophys that would be best would be amazing,

A simple trophy or a larger post count could be awesome as well or a trophy for getting 1k likes would be nice as well, I'd also like to see more trophies for someone has been around.

overall i felt we needed more trophies from the beginning but being a new user didn't really want to say anything until i completely forgot about it.
