The following confrontation, you duck (Most likely a fist swing will be what's coming to you) reach out as you duck, grab his balls, yank them hard, as he goes down, kick him in the sack again, tell him to leave you alone or next time you'll tear them off, then walk away while putting on sunglasses.*

The speaking move you suggested would work best, seeing as he's more likely to punch air accidentally and apologize to it than he is to physically bully others.
It's probably not best to argue with him, since he's not the kind of person who actually wants to be beat in arguement, oh heaven above, he's always gotta be right.

It's funny, to think he'd be more mature than my friends and he's older than them. All my friends say "That's wierd/funny/awkward" and rarely ever bring it up again. They are, what, 14? And he guy was 17? I think so.

Unless you meant the definition of discord which is "a lack of agreement or harmony between things", or "disharmony".
