I personally liked Sisterhooves Special, since it mostly decimated some of the fanon I mostly despised (The assumption of the mane six being mares/ pony equivalent of adults, the assumption that Ruby was Berry Punch's daughter rather than her sister)
Though, I'd wish the rather controversial theory of Rainbow Dash being a lesbian would be either implied or stated as false. It's not because I don't see her as lesbian, but because the theory is rooted in the facts that her mane sporting a symbol that was unofficially brought forward as the symbol of the LGBT community and that she was tomboyish.
