Put this here for future reference and in-case someone hasn't read it:

Since I get about so many PMs about how Dagons are frustrated with Aeres raids:

Unfortunately, since I can not be on 24/7, I am not omniscient over Aeres nor can I monitor all members and their doings. That means I don't know all members of which might be concern to you. But, if some of you would bother to tell me the players of which you are concerned about, I will talk to them. However, make sure you are not overreacting if you decide to tell me about a player. Many players of whom I know have cooled down, even confirmed by many members outside of Aeres, are still getting harassed because they do a raid every so often. Along with this, many players PM/tell me about players who have raided once, maybe not even having played 2 days.

So, if you want me to talk/deal with an Aerite who you feel is over raiding,
  • Send me a PM about it. I will talk to the player about it.
  • Make sure you are not over reacting. Too many Aerites get picked out because they did one or two raids, or they are referring to raids a long time ago.
  • Remember that the leaders of Aeres are neither psychic nor omniscient. We can not monitor all of Aeres, so you need to tell us yourself.
  • Control your family as well. Many members of Aeres are just as annoyed about constant raids. Many of the times when I log-on, Aeres is being attacked by the same people who complain about Aerites raiding too much.
