If the game really isn't progressing then i might as well vote for Caff. If you do not vote for Caff it's a bit obvious you are not mafia. Therefore you will be a target. To add to that, she's seemed to lie about her investigations in general which does not help us out too much. IF you are mafia and you just claimed town there would've been no reason to do so. Oh no i knew i just don't have much to add. Vigilante died so now we (as in mafia) have the advantage. I think we only really need to find the illusionist and we'll be fine. If we don't get anywhere ill give some of my own suspicions,

Now the serious talk. I've absolutely no idea who the illusionist is. I thought it might have been pecks7 as although he knew about the thread he wasn't replying but now he's dead. If I had to guess though I'd say the illusionist is a fairly experienced player but it could just as well be a lurker or someone.
