Okay, so with Blocktopia SMP's closure, this means that Journey to Elysium is coming tomorrow! Everyone's seen the staff roster, and I'm sure... but I'm sure there's one question remaining:
"Now wait a minute, why is Wooffus not on staff? She's a GREAT VetOp on the old SMP map!"
This is where I've come to state my reasons. I have chosen to resign from Blocktopia's staff roster.
Now, I can imagine some people being disappointed by this move, and some may even expect me to rage against the people here. But I won't do that; the staff I was involved with over the past nearly-2-years were generally great company to be around with, and I definitely won't put anyone's actions behind me. When I came here, I aimed not to have a grudge with anyone, and as I leave I don't have a grudge with anyone either.
Aside from that, 2013 is going to be a drastically different year for me, for a number of reasons.
* As of late October, I was made redundant from my job; and thus a fair chunk of next year would be spent pursuing a new one, or even going back to college if I STILL am struggling after six months or so.
* My musical pursuits have been increasing over the past year in particular; even having to meet any deadlines relating to that. Even when involved playing Minecraft, I've always had a heart set for music and that's something that I really can't abandon.
* The most notable reason though is that in 2 weeks from now, I will be joining the staff over at RadioSEGA and presenting a videogame remix slot every Friday night. I actually did a test recording presenting an apocalyptic slot last Friday (see what I did there?) and that went down really great with the admin staff.
I'll still be able to visit every now and again, even help out with donations like I've often done. I won't think any less of anyone here, you have me assured with that.
For that, good luck with the rest of the site's progress! It was a good community to be involved with over the past 2 years, a great place to grow as a character as well, and I am sure to keep watch with you over the social feeds and the like. I won't think any less of this place at all :)

Sorry to hear about your job and I hope it gets better for you.
