That riddle had been done not too long ago
Well, Yes and No.
There was a similar riddle produced in this thread that went by this:
In marble walls as white as milk,
Lined with a skin as soft as silk,
Within a fountain crystal clear,
A golden apple doth appear.
No doors there are to this stronghold,
Yet thieves break in and steal the gold.
Which was also a riddle about an egg.
This riddle was procured on Page 16 of this thread by Mr. Swate, answered by Mr. Damer_Flinn.
From recent memory (and have gone through the thread just to find this riddle), there wasn' one done exactly like this one recently, though the previous one is quite similar in answer and nature.
I also noticed through my thread treasure troving that Vati's riddle about the Convicts in the cell with the open window that's too high up (seen on page 20) was also used previously, even though Vati changed it up a little, effectively changing the riddle as a whole as apart from the last time it was used.
Perhaps someone should take all the Riddles already used in this thread and copy/paste it into the main post. At least then we can (hopefully) reduce any confusion revolving around riddles, IF there was any confusion in the first place.
Anyways! I have a riddle up my sleeve I've been dying to try.
---------------------------------------------------
Three brothers share a family sport:
A non-stop marathon
The oldest one is fat and short
And trudges slowly on
The middle brother's tall and slim
And keeps a steady pace
The youngest runs just like the wind,
A-speeding through the race
"He's young in years, we let him run,"
The other brothers say
"'Cause though he's surely number one,
He's second, in a way."

Figure out what I means, and get a cookie. :3
