Another pet Magma Cube joins us at Madness. The lava was Angry, he was hiding from it's wrath.

You mean in lava?
If you're asking if they die in lava, most of them dont. Pigmen dont die in lava, ghasts dont die in lava and magma cubes won't die in lava either. They can't drown in lava, but the magma cube would be stuck at the bottom - it can't swim.

Nah. That was just some dramatic chat type. It sounds better to say the magma cube was fleeing the wrath of the lava god then to say it randomly jumped in. Lava types only affect the lavas amount of blocks it can break. Mobs have the exact same effects happen on Angry as Calm.
