Don't you think that the land in portal town is our property with your house on it and that selling it is actualy something that probably wouldn't happen?

You build a house on it and you leave, House gets broken down and it's part of the town again.

I am moving to outside the Capital, real close to it so I have no need for that land anymore.

If you want to be engulfed by the capital, sure.
