Why restart I don't get it?

Why restart I don't get it?

1. Possibly get rid of griefing.
2. Possibly fix some of the lag issues (those could just be the snapshots not being optimized).
3. Fresh start since a lot of people already have diamond gear.
4. The community may want a reset, hence the poll.
