Sprained My Arm :(

I sprained my arm today,and won't be able to play for 1 week :/,i won't resign or leave though,there would be no way in hell to do that,just taking a break for 1 week till my arm heals,see you all till then.

It isn't a sprain or your arm has gone Numb in that area, Which is a bad thing.
