-Why would you EVER claim doctor, with only having ONE chance to save yourself?(If that's even true) A real doctor should never claim, because all that does is make every anti-town person come after them when instead they can stay in the dark and continue protecting people.

Not going to get involved in the discussion whatsoever, just want to finish my Arthur Birling story here.

Arthur cannot sleep. He thinks constantly about the murders that have been going on in the ship, and the beating he received after being accused of being a murdered. Luckily, he was found to be innocent, thanks to his room mate. Now all he wants Is just to arrive in France, travel to Paris and settle in, forgetting his past and this adventure. It's dark in his cabin, but Arthur noticed a sudden movement in the room. After a 10 second inspection of just looking around the room while still in his bed, he gets hit in the face with a large cold object. Arthur goes out cold.

Still blinded by the hit and confused, he hears the words whispered into his ear:

"Pszepraszam cie kolego ale to musi byc zrobione"

Then Arthur suddenly is paralyzed by the cold ocean water and suffers a strong shock. He screams for help as he tries to swim up, but with no success. He is sinking quickly down to the bed of the ocean, with his last words echoing into the distance, towards the ship.

This was a good game, I enjoyed it.

Vatumok, didn't you say at one point you COULDN'T use protect on yourself? Considering roles seem to be defined by their actions judging by how Jack of All Trades works, I think One One Two is lying. His protect shouldn't be different from Vatumok's.

Having played a Doctor myself I understand the hesitation in One One Two's role claim. Now it's not certain whether One One Two is telling the truth and yes things do look suspicious, but I don't agree with this lynch.
I'm tired of taking things at face value and although its benefitted us somewhat, we've made a lot of mistakes.
After Hype's accusation of Notty I've learnt not to immediately trust the role of those who are a tracker or a watcher. Instead I'd like to question it a bit more.

Give me a bit more time I'll make a more valid argument.

I must agree with Alpha, why would a doctor role claim? You should've stayed under cover and protected people, if this is a legitimate role claim.

The other part that I've wanted to come to, Defiant, has been raised again.
His whole activity has been suspicious, he didn't vote for the now dead maafia players, and then he voted for balloon who is now magically dead.

I will make a more informed post in the morning, too tired to comprehend most of what I've had to catch up on.

As far as I know, there are no roles that can only kill by voting people.

I provided my reasoning and logic, no one called bullshit on it then.
So don't call bullshit on it now.
Just because I chose wrong between Grimm and Balloon98 doesn't mean anything.

If I wanted Balloon98 dead as a Mafia, why would I vote for him then kill him the same night. I don't exactly aim to be suspicious.

I'd have just bandwagoned Grimm like the rest of you did and just killed Balloon98 with my Mafia powers.

I don't know how OOT is going to get out of this, considering everything points to him being guilty right now but...I'm not voting until he responds. Just for equality's sake.

And...yeah, I think defiant put a lot of suspicion off him with his earlier response. Which is valid, because he brings up good points. Making a poor decision doesn't make you mafia, there's so much more than that.

To be fair Defiant, that's really close to outright copying the role PM.

What set me off about One One Two is that in Season 7, I did have the rule about the doctor only getting one self-save. I also remembered that earlier in this game GmK clarified protect anyway, but I wanted to see what One One Two would do first before I dug it up.

1.) Because I had the Watcher out me as the only person to visit a now dead Cop. Staying in the dark wasn't an option.

2.) Protecting myself from a lynch is helping the town.

My ability is saving people, not protecting them. A body guard protects; a doctor heals.

I was told that's not allowed, but I can give you a description in my own words (already done, but if it'll appease you). I can submit one name each night to be saved from death. If a special tries to kill them, they'll be saved by me. I can also save myself once per game.

It was said about my doctor ability, 112. Not saying it couldn't be true that you have a role that can save yourself, but it seems very unlikely that you visited the person who died, then claim doctor, then also say you can save yourself with already having shown some suspicious behavior before.
