Because if you DO have it I'm curious the effects of lying. Whether that's OK or not. If it's not OK then don't do it.

if people acknowledge they have a speech compulsion they might get punished, that's all alisha says about that in the sign up
so therefore if I did have one, I'd be able to lie about it

the point would be a speech compulsion that people might pick up on and find me suspicious for just like you're doing I imagine, so I'd have to try and hide it

I didn't predict I'd be under suspicion because of it, because the idea of 'mafia can't say the name of their godfather' sounds more like a pain in the arse than something fun alisha would add to the game
in fact if that's your theory, why not get everyone to say her name? why would just one mafia not be able to say it, right?

I don't believe you made ur list, removing pinkunicorn, without thinking "hmmm maybe people might pick up on the fact I missed her out".
You clearly wanted people to know you supposedly had this trait yet for ages after that you gave no helpful or sincere response to anyone's questions.

well I was planning on taking this a bit further but I feel awful about being annoying so I'm just gonna cut it short and end this nonsense here
I can say pinkunicornz, pink, purple, rune, whatever, I just genuinely missed her from the list
at first I was just memeing about not being able to say it but then when notty voted me I saw an opportunity to play it out a little longer to see who else would jump at the opportunity to lynch me and see if I could catch any mafia from people's reactions to me
it didn't really work out but I got a couple town reads from it!
I'm sorry if this was annoying, I didn't want to pull any weird things, it just kinda fell into my hands and I figured it might be useful if I used it so wanted to play along but not too long so that it didn't derail the game and irritate people but seems I misjudged when to stop and I'm really sincerely sorry for that
I townread matty, aqua, hk and notty based on all this
matty is someone who's built up this kinda 'carefree do whatever' persona I think, and the fact he didn't just bandwagon onto me when it was so easy to do that makes me think he's town, because I'd expect him to take advantage of this opportunity otherwise but instead he was very kind and thanks Matty <3
Aqua's progression from first finding me suspicious, then realizing he didn't read it properly, then noticing that my behaviour didn't make sense, all felt genuine to me to be honest, none of it felt like he was faking his actions for an agenda, it felt very natural and loose, not stiff, if that makes sense? and I think Aqua is more stiff and rigid as mafia when he's trying to do stuff from memory, since he has an agenda, so I'm gonna say he's probably town which sucks but oh well
and similar thing for notty, she often comes off as quite manipulative to me when she's mafia, like I remember in republic it was like she'd given us all a plan and then sat back sternly watching us, commenting every now and then to steer town in the right direction. her attack on me didn't feel that way, she feels town
everyone else I didn't really get much of a read on since whatever they did I could see them doing it as both alignments, but it was definitely useful for me at least to see everyone react to an 'event' rather than just saying 'idk what to say' or asking duffie about her speech compulsion (which I'm convinced will never have any bearing on anyone's alignment), but I'm sorry if noone else feels that way and it felt like a massive waste of time
congrats hk for being hot on the money for guessing what was going on, but I disagree that these things often backfire, usually they've been somewhat helpful!!
and sorry for pulling another prank, I honestly didn't plan on doing it since I imagine it gets annoying seeing me pull stupid stuff too much but like I said, the opportunity fell into my hands and I thought maybe I'd get some good stuff from it
