No because she'd be digging her own grave if she decides to want to kill me all of the sudden, and ends up not killing Omni. If Notty doesn't kill tonight she will 100% be lynched tomorrow.

But having 1x prime and 1x ignite confirmed by Matty would mean I can't possibly be third party as it doesn't fit any of the third party winconditions to be able to only kill a single person, unless you believe I am a survivor type role that has the advantage of 1 kill but thats reaching in my opinion

"hey guys yeah I'm arsonist but you all think TWG is mafia, and so I'll do you a deal - I'll kill TWG for you all tonight and in return you let me live for a bit longer because I'm harmless until 2 more days"

a) do 1-shot powers show up on power inspect, and are they specified as 1 shot? (i think you already answered yes to this but ill ask again to make sure)
b) does a 1-shot prime power, which has already been used to prime someone, have the ability to swap the primed target (once or multiple times) in later nights

guys look at it this way, notty as an arsonist only has one choice if she wishes to survive AT ALL and thats to claim that shes a town vig and that you should wait until tomorow for matty to "prove" her and then she just will somehow WORM her way out of it because its notty

"A scum would do EXACTLY this" is not that valid of an argument when a town person would also do EXACTLY this. So what if an arsonist would claim town vig? A town vig would claim town vig and a town vig did claim town vig

Or would he because poison would takes 2 nights total without being able to change your mind upon new information and prime/ignite takes 2 nights where you can change your mind which is exactly what a 1-shot should have

because a town vig would be given kill, not prime/ignite
the whole point of power/ignite is so that you can have multiple kills
it's basically saying 'here's 10 kills but you can only use 1'
'okay, why didn't you just give me 1 kill to start with then?'
