Well, if you want to be an operator, then work hard toward trusted. The requirements to become Trusted are simple. You need to have played on the server for a month and have 16 hr playtime. You also need to be 'HAM', helpful, active, and mature. The last requirement you need is 1 Op+ reference, once you fit all those, you can apply at the forums. Good luck and Welcome!
