His excessive use of emoticons to express his joyous behaviour is a front to how truly evil he is.
At least I don't use text-speak like lol, rolf, AWLTP, B4N, or BBL and others to express myself.
Emoticons are at least less obnoxious. :( I thought we were supposed to be best buddies digi! Why do you do this to me! *runs away*

But really, as much as everything so far has been fairly hilarious, I don't think we're going to get anywhere seriously until something actually progresses.
Gonna go with the classic, safe decision and simply
No lynch.

@Jeercrul is quite jumpy tbh. She's always looked as a calm girl who doesn't let most things get to her, but now, suddenly, after OMO says "Jeer is jumping to defend Tim" she comes up with a rather sarcastic reply, which doesn't seem like what Jeer is usually like.
Because I see the same mistakes being made from the past mafia games. And no, you do not know what type of person I am, I would say I am not a person who is very patient, nor am I a person whom you would perceive as "calm". Quite the opposite and a really conclusive statement about me. And how haven't you realised that this isn't the first time I've typed a sarcastic reply?

Another thing, people tend to use different styles in different games, please don't go all "you don't seem like this at all before" to me.

I'm fully aware that the pirates don't know who each other is, my vote was more an incentive to be assured a response from Timdood. It was also a device to open up discussion so that people aren't inclined to no-lynch straight off. We have time, lets use it.
That's better.

I don't know what type of a person you are, which is why I can only go off the things that I've seen of you so far. Yes, people use different gamestyles, but being that defensive about something minor isn't exactly a towntell in my books.

And we all know that pushing for a no-lynch is the one goal of scum on a D0, since they a) don't know their partners and thus b) don't want one of them to accidently be killed.

No-lynching is never the safe decision, there simply is almost no situation where a no-lynch is the better choice.

I'd go so far to say that no-lynching is very anti-town, since it takes away the one power we as town have to kill scum. And yes that includes a random choice on D0.

Yes, where is the problem with that?

I know it is an upopular opinion to wish for a lynch on D0, and it will likely not happen anyway, I am just saying that especially anti-town will support a NL so they quickly get to see their partners and plan during the night and especially: kill.

So, once we reach a no-lynch, I can guarantee that there is scum within those that voted to no-lynch.

Have I said that I was being defensive? No. In fact the whole post was about why Oak should not use it as an argument because it sounded really illogical before he stated that it was simply as an incentive for Tim to reply. You aren't grasping the main point of my post. Why I went like that was because I assumed he was being foolish and jumping to vote Tim despite the little evidence he has, instead of waiting it out to gather a stronger argument against Tim, which was then followed by one or two others who also decided to vote Tim. This was, of course, before Oak explained his intentions for doing so. I also wasn't exactly pleased when he assumed me to be covering up for Tim as well, because I was simply stating my case and it ended up being interpreted the other way, which frustrated me because he did not understand what I was trying to say and instead phrased it the other way around, which could bring about more misunderstandings.

I would support a Lynch (i said it earlier and in Masq) if there were any decent reason to, and currently, there is none.
At the moment it's just manipulation of words other people's words mix with joking around, and the conflict between different beliefs on what is best to do at this current stage in the game, which the latter is currently.

Honestly, if, and I say if, the pirates don't know who they are as we don't know if it's simply for flavour for the setting or for silliness or if like, half-way through this Day 0 the pirates suddenly become sober/un-groggy and actually find out who they are again?
We don't know. Prizyms said to expect anything, so we couldn't really say.

Plus, I could say the same that a wish to lynch randomly is also scummy, because it's an opinionated idea in reality. If I was scum, I would certainly find it more beneficial to lynch someone off day 1 (day 0 here) even should I not know whom my partners are, because there is a higher statistical chance, at least going off of Mafia ratio's in open-setups and in Masq that it the player to be lynched will actually be anti-town (well, Mafia; can't say anything about third-party or a 2nd/3rd Mafia factions).
But even then, if there were more Mafia factions (like those ALIENS?!? talked about at the end of Masq, eh? ;) ) it probably would be more beneficial to kill randomly.

I object to you're notion good sir!

About the comments regarding game style. To those changing it up, I understand. But I'm willing to bet money Coolio will still stick to her, "Hey guys I need to catch up" game style and Sploorky will still remain nonchalant in his posts.
Hunni that's no game style, that's everyone posting 10 pages while I'm asleep

Talking about it, I've just come back from the hospital so catch up time xD

I meant the thing with GmK where he said the mafia would likely No Lynch. But now he said that they won't. So we should be looking at people who won't vote. And so they will No Lynch etc etc.
Regardless the scum still benefit today with a No-Lynch, even with what GmK has said, if they can steer today towards a no-lynch they will.

You also failed to answer my question.

Oh ffs then, let this be a note to myself not to do that again in later games x)
Going to go back to my first approach of a classic no-lynch again, worked for last game.

Now this is what I find shady tbh.
Votes start gaining slightly, says 'oops that wasnt good thing to say' and votes No Lynch because people were already leaning towards that anyway. No gurl, I aint about that shady 'get out of jail free card by voting no lynch' nonsense :m

I don't really know what I'm supposted to answer. I mean, what else besides hunting scum would I be doing.
Yeah, thats kinda what I expected you to answer, instead you tried to bat me away like a ball of string with excuse regarding what GmK said earlier. If you were a Cowboy I feel you wouldn't have bat an eyelid at this sort of question, instead you took the time to try and redirect my thoughts.
