I dont see a reason it would not, you could probably even vote Danni122112, just no one would be lynched at the required amount of votes. Seems to be the most logical way to do it at least, imo

Ok so if someone dies, we can no longer vote for them

We could however vote for Aqua, which means voting Aqua isn't voting someone who dies, which means lynching Aqua still lynches Danni

And Unu couldn't vote for Aqua, which supports the theory of him being able to vote the actual player rather than the role... which I don't see how is useful in anyway unless he has a night action which bypasses the mechanic and his votes bypassing it is just part of that?

I'm voting HK until either

a) new info comes up
b) we decide to mass claim

As I said previously, I'm suspicious of HK because he's shown 0 signs of scumhunting this game, and has only paid attention to irrelevant, unuseful aspects of the game, which smells of 'I want to look active without actually helping town', and since I trust Danni's claim, and noone harmful died last night, I'd be fine keeping him alive for the time being, and I don't want to lynch between Notty and Jivvi because I think it's a lot more useful for us if we leave it a day to untangle itself without us risking killing off an important PR

The only thing I can think of is that it'd be useful in a late-game cc'd name scenario, where two people have claimed the same name and town want to lynch one of them but can't decide who's lying

Say the alive players are Arelic, Jivvi, Inf, Oog, Notty, and Unu

And Arelic and Notty claim to be rolename Jivvi, and the Mafia is lying and doesn't actually have a name

We could make the votecount this

Jivvi - Inf, Oog, Jivvi (3/6)

Then have Unu vote for Arelic, and if Arelic survives, Notty is the real Jivvi, because otherwise Arelic would have 4/6 votes, so they can know that Arelic is lying and isn't Jivvi and lynch Arelic

But that'd be a 50/50 shot at mislynching and it just seems like such an unlikely and pointless scenario that it surely can't be the point of his role, and it would only ever happen if Mafia weren't given a different name, which I think is unlikely considering the info we have right now

Also in this situation the Mafia not having a different name would mean noone else can be called them since otherwise they'd be untargetable, which means it'd make no sense to risk a 50/50 lynch with unu hammering since they could just suss out who has the name of one of them and the other is Mafia and so they'd lynch that name and it'd be an easy win

So yeah it makes no sense
