ok well no (i cant remember if i already explained this but if a certain condition is met my vice triggers a restriction on my 'active' ability until that condition goes away again - but it's none of those that you just said)

Oh so not neccesarily a trigger done by a person (aka attack/rating/item) but something more global like an uneven or even amount of players/ or maybe if the previous lynch was town member?
