So on a whim, I just decided to watch the Skyrim trailer and decided to break it down into how much of each thing there was.

For reference:

Actual gameplay: 8.6% (15s)
Landscapes: 8.6% (15s)
First-person running/chasing scenes: 12.1% (21s)
Prophetic tablet: 19.0% (33s)
Blank/titles: 20.7% (36s)
Dragon fight: 31.0% (54s)

All values ±0.5%.

Pretty iffy as far as being an "Official Gameplay Trailer" goes, innit?

These are not made up numbers. I counted the seconds for each type of scene (except blank/titles; that was everything left over) and divided those values by the total number of seconds in the clip. Most appeared a number of times in segments of two or three seconds; the longest was the final dragon fighting scene, which was a whopping 27 seconds, almost four times the nearest lengthy segment of seven seconds.

I noted this when I did it (sometime yesterday) in my Twitter feed, with these tweets.

WHAT ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE MAGES GUILD.

I was so sad to see the great Arcane University from Oblivion, and then transition to the barren wasteland of Winterhold. Although I've yet to explore the College it's self.
Haven't managed to travel there yet. Skyrim, y u no have great Guilds and Universities? :C
By the way, how do you buy a house in Whiterun?

You need to do the
Kill the dragon @ watch tower and the barrow thing with the golden claw where you get the first shout
After you do that you go to talk with the steward (provencci or w/e) but you can only talk to him for that when he's inside(when he's outside it glitches that option) oh and when you do go back to the king after that certain story stage he gives you something special ;D.
Oh and you buy furniture packs from him too once you get a house there to spruce it up and make it less empty...
FINALLY, your house will be
right next to the front gate and is called breezehome/holme

The condition of the Mage's Guild/College of Winterhold is pretty good. Better than that of the Thieve's Guild anyway.

Yeah, I waited till the middle of the night to kill the chicken.

Killed it "HEY, THAT'S VALUABLE PROPERTY, YOU CAN'T KILL IT" from a roof or something, and when the girl appeared, it wouldn't let me kill her. So I'm all wtf, and the girls all like "kill dat bitch" and the towns all like "raaaawr, die criminal scum".

And that is my cohesive and well researched account on why you can't kill the chicken.

That's like buying a new movie and going to look up the plot on wikipedia 20 minutes before watching it

Just throw yourself in there, it's how you'll get the most out of the game
I only meant to understand what choices I had. I'll probably forget most of it anyways, seeing as my memory is horrible.
You are correct though.

Which is why I avoid reading about the plot and instead read about skills and weapons.
Once something delves into the plot, I stop reading.
Just remember, do NOT abuse the friend/train thing where you can take your money back constantly, the higher 1 skill goes the harder the enemies will be to kill and the rest of your skills will be underdeveloped and you will most likely be roflstomped.
