((The artificial creation or destruction of even a white dwarf star is simply too powerful. Incase everyone forgot, stars are formed by masses of hydrogen in nebulae crushing itself with it's own gravity. When a star dies, it explodes in a great big super nova that wipes out more than half the solar system. Even if either jivvi's character or fiesta's character could destroy/create stars without causing massive nebulae or supernovas, there is still gravity and heat to consider:
if a planet is exposed to another star, particularly when it has life, its surface and atmospheric temperatures will sky rocket [[and if the star the planet orbits disappears, the temperature will plunge like a stone]].
Further more, stars are so massive that even the smallest and least dense stars have a gravitational field stronger than the Earth's by far. It is this gravitational field that keeps to planet from drifting off into random space.
As a side note, this planet we are on has to have at least one moon so that future oceans will be able to have a tide and support life.
I recommend it be that stars have no valid element to the guardians, because which ever guardian(s) could control/create/destroy star would be able to essentially play god over everyone else, even other guardian and alien races.
As a last note, the artificial creation of stars essentially = the artificial creation of phoenixes, primarily because phoenixes = a star's afterlife.))
[Edit]: ((Sorry if real life modern astronomy, physics, and other science isn't allowed on this thread, but the stuff listed above is pretty much real world science fact.))
