Im still experimenting with items.
I may have invented the best Lucian build in the world.
(And it worked too, despite my KDR. I could melt their tanks with my ult.)
So many build paths and on-hit effects work so well with him.
Triforce, Frozen Fist, Muramana, Botrk, Furor boots, crit damage, etc
its hard to pick which items to build since he seems to synergize with almost every AD/AS scaling items

If I've learned anything, NEVER build AP items like nashor's. The AP scaling is horrible, and you'd be better off buying more AD.

If I've learned anything, NEVER build AP items like nashor's. The AP scaling is horrible, and you'd be better off buying more AD.
Alright so far i feel like its best to build attack damage and avoid building attack speed
Use his ult during a fights initiation to melt down tanks without procing items like randuins or frozen heart.
Trinity force both through the sheen and phage proc is one of the best items to get.

This build focuses on abusing his passive for consistant burst damage utilizing his ult, the rest of his abilities are really weak imo
I think I've figured out what I want to do to carry ranked.
Vlad top, offtank build (wota/spectral, liandrys, spirit visage, rylais, deathcap, zhonyas)
Basically stomp your lane (so easy with vlad) and split-push to their inhib tower then with the gold and kills join fights and wreck.

Don't push your lane as Vlad. Use your Q to last hit and poke with E - Q because you want the E stacks before you Q. If you can, get them to push against you. You can farm and poke them and they can't deny you farm or counterpoke you without taking hefty damage. Then you can hard engage with Ult and W if your jungler comes.
I wont send them to you at all because I cant see if you are there or not irl. So enjoy no invites i guess.
Why is that even a problem? Just decline them and move on. Obviously, someone wanted to play with you.
