I feel like I've been down playing how suspicious you actually are since day 0, purely because I don't want to believe stranger potentially cost town the game by not extending the deadline.

if theres a deadline in place, scum might make plans according to that (e.g. timings of when they start certain discussions)

so extending it couldve been unfair for scum just as it couldve been bad for town to not do it

It's not unfair to scum to not let them take advantage of that because in an ideal world that wouldn't be the case.

It's nobody's fault stuff at the end of day 0 happened right at the end, but due to many people not engaging with the thread until then it did. Deadlines are there ot keep the game fun and interesting for the players involved, not to punish people for other players lack of interest in the game... and that goes double for putting in no-lynch deadlines after every day.

But anyway this isn't really the time or place, if it is revealed it has affected the game I'll bring my criticisms up to stranger in private
