I think to make it more obvious, we need a rule 12: Don't spam place or destroy blocks. This might help tell newbies that it is not OK to rampage through the map destroying the floor.

If they don't have common sense, then they'll be on a fast track to not being allowed on the server. Simple as that. No need for an extra rule to explain two rules we already have.
